What is Kokopelli Club House

The Washington County Diabetic Youth Association is hosting a Kokopelli Club House Day for diabetic children between the ages of 6 and 10 years of age. The purpose of this camp is for diabetic children to meet other children with diabetes to teach skills that will promote healthy living and to have fun.

The Kokopelli Camp will usually have an activity filled with arts and crafts, then following the activity, attending a play at Tuacahn. Before the show, pizza will be provided for dinner and will have healthy snacks for the kids during the show. If your child has any dietary restrictions, we are happy to work with you.

We will also have diabetes educators helping with the club house day, but we still need some parental support. If you are interested in helping with this day, let me know asap because of limited seating for the show.

Cost

The cost for children to attend the Kokopelli Club House day this year is $30.00. This includes the Club House Day, the Tuacahn show, snacks and dinner. To pay for the Kokopelli Camp, please send money through Paypal ( paypal.me/wcdya ) or make checks out to WCDYA. If you have any questions and/ or would like to register your child for this camp please call:
